Strategic Planning Process
In September 2024, 黑料吃瓜网launched a series of consultations and conversations to inform its next strategic plan.
Since that time, 黑料吃瓜网has been engaging with members of our university and broader communities to discuss topics such as UPEI鈥檚 priorities and opportunities, what defines UPEI, and how we can develop a framework of action that supports our collective values and vision.
Through these consultations, we will define the priorities and actions to move 黑料吃瓜网forward over the next five years. Our discussions will also help guide the University in determining how we can best serve our community and achieve our full potential.
The University Strategic Plan Steering Committee continues its work to review and validate what was heard during consultations and to identify any gaps in information. Following this phase, a draft framework for the strategic plan will be shared on the 黑料吃瓜网website for community reflection and feedback. Feedback will be used to further inform the development of the 2025-2030 strategic plan.
Campus discussions on UPEI鈥檚 strategic priorities and direction will continue with Faculties and units across campus on an ongoing basis. Opportunities to participate in development of the 2025鈥�2030 strategic plan as well as updates on the process will be shared through UPEI鈥檚 various communication channels, including the 黑料吃瓜网website.
Since September 2024, the 黑料吃瓜网strategic planning process has focused on information gathering through consultations with campus and community members. Discussions on UPEI鈥檚 strategic priorities and direction will continue on an ongoing basis.
President Rodgers will kick off a series of President's Town Halls on January 15, 2025. The first topic is an update on the development of UPEI's strategic plan for 2025鈥�2030. All 黑料吃瓜网community members are invited to attend.
The 黑料吃瓜网 invites community members across PEI to join in a conversation and share their thoughts as the provincial university builds its next five-year strategic plan.
